This is a Vandalism incident which was witness by jon yen and he made a comment about it...
Jon yen claimed,
When i was parking my car at Blk 10 level 3 mutli-storey carpark , i notice that some of the cars is vandalism and i decided to go up and take a look and indeed these car was scratch and sprayed with paints
I hope you can forward this email to all neighbours to alert them of such crimes happening
